Tony Robbins is one of my all time favourite motivational speakers. His principles make a lot of sense and has influence me in my own work.

Inspiring videos! All the best with P90X. It mirrors my training principles when I used to be a work out buff and it worked well.
Luving the Robbins video on beliefs. Everything is simply energy and our beliefs mold this energy into whatever it is that we devote our attention to. That’s why eye color can be changed or disease can vanish instantly. It’s all the same energy, molded by the incredible power of beliefs.

This is awesome. Thanks for sharing! I find the power of the mind to be the most fascinating thing in the world. Studies on the placebo effect are my favorite. As someone “believes” they are going to be healed, they are.
I think the best study was one with Parkinson’s patients who took a sugar pill which they were told would cure them and the patient’s tremors and all symptoms went away. As I am sure you know, Parkinson’s can be a very disabling disease. That’s just amazing.
I love how he shares how to use this to get rid of limiting beliefs, because that’s really the only thing holding us back, right?
In my coaching with Jack Canfield, I learned to go back through my life and put down all the successes I have had. That way when you focus on your successes, you bring more of it to you, instead of focusing on what you think you cannot do.
